Another haul; Superdrug, Beauty Bay and Primark I know, I said I would be shopping anymore. I have done well to curb the amount I spend on makeup but a few things slipped through the net in what was an absolutely horrendously busy month. I feel like this haul, apart from a few luxury items has been a practical collective shop. This…
Why do a collective haul?
The simple reason for this is for productivity reasons. At my current rate of two posts a week I have realised that I do not have the space for as many hauls. The frequency of haul posts is alerting me to the fact that I have a slight shopping obsession.
It is time for another haul and again I have been rummaging in the aisles of Primark for some budget-friendly beauty items. Mr T suggested we take a trip to the next town so he could get some stuff for his board game collection and I saw it as the perfect excuse to go to Primark. My master plan was to stock up on some eyeliner, however, I was distracted by the perfume section and holographic delights
I have been a lucky girl this year; I feel well and truly spoiled and privileged to be able to have what I want. Since as my birthday is unbelievably near Christmas (3rd January), I usually get a lot of things combined together. I don’t bother as much with my birthday as much as I do with Christmas, as Mr T would say ‘It’s just another day’
Deck the halls with boughs of holly la la la la la la la. It’s approaching that time of year again it’s Christmas this has to be my favourite holiday I get super excited about it. Christmas time is the one time the year I can really go mad.
I have been trying to resist the temptation to buy any more eyeshadow, again I feel like I failed miserably at this because I didn’t just buy one eyeshadow palette from Tam Beauty, I bought three. Tam beauty is the collective name for many makeup brands such as Makeup Revolution, Freedom and Makeup Obsession and they are pioneering the market when it comes to good quality makeup that is on trend for a fraction of the price of the higher end brands.
Don’t you just love a bit of Primark?
I have been at it again, I saw an opportunity when buying children’s birthday presents to have a cheeky nip into Primark and have a gander at their makeup section.
I know it wasn’t long since I did my ‘Sugarpill haul’ but I was meeting up with my very dear friend who I used to work with and we decided to take a trip into Manchester for a spot of shopping and lunch, how could I refuse that proposition?
My name is Mrs T and I have an addiction to confess of which I have been trying to detox from for the past few months. I have been, for the past two years, addicted to shopping on Beauty Bay.
Have you ever said to yourself ‘I have bought enough makeup for now, I will give it a break for a bit’ and then half an hour later discover that something you have been looking at for what seems like forever is on sale?
