We have all felt frazzled at one time or another. I had gotten to the point where I was near exhaustion and close to giving up on everything. Another year older and wiser
As 2018 steps into my life I turned another year older on 3rd January. I have now come to accept growing older as an inevitability and something that really has clarified things for me and my mind. As I said in a previous post I prefer Christmas and celebrating that over celebrating my birthday and as my husband says ‘it’s just another day’.

I am writing this in a serious state of annoyance and frustration, every ounce of my being is on the verge of saying ‘just give up’. I have been in this place many a time over my lifetime, at the point where I cannot take much more, wanting to hide under the duvet and refuse to come out. My crazy family
