2018 was such a Rollercoaster year. I learnt so much about myself and what is important. As I mentioned in my review of 2018 I have seen the world through fresh eyes and had a change of mindset.
Oh what a year This year has been eventful. I would venture to say it was a fraught one. There have been some fantastic highs but also some crushing low points. This year has made me question everything. Things got broken I started the year without resolutions. Instead, I set myself goals that I wanted…
Why would you want to know more about me? One reason I like reading ‘about me’ posts concerning other people is my desire to be nosy. I love to find out about what makes people ‘tick’. Each person has their own unique set of views, differences and perceptions of the world that make me intrigued…
I first discovered tag posts when I started to watch YouTube and I think they are awesome. I adore tag posts because I get to find out about the person doing it, it stimulates the nosy side of my personality. There is a voyeuristic quality to posts that probe into the lives of people and the things that make them tick, it feeds my whole love for psychology and why we do things the way they do.
A fragrance is such an evocative thing; it can remind you of summers as a teenager, people you love or memorable events. Your sense of smell determines so much within your life; it can stir up strong feelings of love, comfort and even disgust. Over the years I have tried many a fragrance or three and it is accurate to say that my tastes have altered and changed along the way.
It’s been a long road
I never felt like this moment was never going to happen; I made the vow to get through one year of blogging. It has not been an easy journey and there have been many times when I have wanted to stop but I am so glad that I finally got to this Milestone of my blog being one year old. If I was to give advice to any new blogger it would definitely be to set yourself the challenge to blog for a whole year as I feel you get a complete picture on whether it’s right for you.
Another year older and wiser
As 2018 steps into my life I turned another year older on 3rd January. I have now come to accept growing older as an inevitability and something that really has clarified things for me and my mind. As I said in a previous post I prefer Christmas and celebrating that over celebrating my birthday and as my husband says ‘it’s just another day’.
What is on your Christmas wish list? Whether you are young, old or somewhere in between, a wish list is an essential tool to let your loved ones know what you what to find under your tree come Christmas day. Since I have been a teenager I have been writing wish lists; whether it was…
I have recently hit a few milestones here at Life With Mrs T and I want to say a huge thank you to you all. In the space of one week I managed to hit 1K followers on Instagram, 500 likes on my Facebook page and 200 followers on WordPress.
I am eternally grateful for all the love and support you have all given me, every read, every like and every comment has encouraged me to keep writing and sharing the life of Mrs T with you all.
Why I started bullet journaling
I have always been a person to write lists, whenever I feel like things are getting too much I sit myself down and I make a checklist, it gives me a great sense of achievement to cross off the tasks as I complete them.
