Hi my wonderful beauties.
Firstly, I would like to apologise if you have seen any disruption to blog, I did not intend it to happen but incompetency got the best of me. After having a holiday away from my blog I decided in my infinite wisdom to change from WordPress to a self hosted blog. I thought I had researched, I thought I was prepared, but I was wrong. I have felt like a total novice today as I have moved my blog over to Siteground and probably had the technical support laughing at my lack of understanding when it comes to websites, hosts and everything else that involves my blog.
As I tell my pupils, we are all human and we all make mistakes. Mine was thinking that changing over a website would be easy and straightforward. At this present moment I have lost comments due to the transfer and I have no clue how to get them back over to the site.
I am therefore asking for your patience while I get to grips with things, posts will still be appearing as I have them written a month in advance but you might see the site changing over the next week until I can get the blog I think reflects ‘Life With Mrs T’. I have learnt so much in the past 24 hours, I hate no ideas about DNS, domain transfers and changing hosts.
If you follow me, then thank you so much for clicking the follow button. My posts will hopefully still appear in your reader but if you are like me and love to read blogs from your email, could you possibly click the follow button again and you will get Mrs T straight to your inbox. I usually spend my Sunday morning going through blogs on my email and having a good read and I would not want you to miss out if that is the way you read blogs.
Since I have moved from WordPress this might effect my followers; if anyone has any advice for me on how to change things over then please let me know in the comments. Likewise if there is anyone who knows their way around self hosted WordPress and would be kind enough to help me then I would please ask you to reach out and help a novice in need.
Ciao for now Beauties xx
